A Bevásárlóközpont látogatóira, vásárlóira vonatkozó szabályok

  1. A vendéglátóhelyek erre kijelölt területén kívül tilos alkoholt fogyasztani. Tilos a Bevásárlóközpont területére alkoholt behozni.
  2. A Bevásárlóközpont, a játszótér és a parkoló területén tilos a dohányzás! Dohányozni csak az épületen kívül, a kijelölt helyeken szabad.
  3. A Bevásárlóközpont teljes területén és környékén tilos kábítószer birtoklása, fogyasztása.
  4. Tilos közerkölcsöt sértő tárgyak Bevásárlóközpont területére történő behozatala.
  5. A Bevásárlóközpont területére mérettől függetlenül kis- és nagytestű kutyák is beléphetnek pórázon felvezetve, illetve hordozóban szállítva, chip-pel ellátva, kivételt képeznek a nyilvános helyek és azok az üzletek és területek, amelyek nem engedélyezik. Az állatot felvezető, illetve behozó személy teljes körű felelősséggel tartozik a kutya viselkedéséért és cselekedeteiért. A Bevásárlóközpont fenntarja magának a jogot, hogy nem megfelelő viselkedés esetén a kutya és a felvezető, illetve behozó személy a Központ területéről kivezethető.
  6. Tilos lőfegyver, azzal összetéveszthető tárgy, valamint minden olyan eszköznek a Bevásárlóközpont területére történő behozatala, melyek nyilvános helyen való birtoklását tiltja a közbiztonságra különösen veszélyes eszközökről szóló 175/2003.(X.28.) Kormányrendelet.
  7. Tilos a Bevásárlóközpont területén:
    • engedély nélkül kereskedelmi, vendéglátó-ipari, idegenforgalmi tevékenységet végezni,
    • engedély nélkül ügynöki tevékenységet folytatni,
    • élő reklámhordozóként (“szendvics-ember”) közlekedni,
    • engedély nélkül szórólapot terjeszteni, vagy a Bevásárlóközpont falaira, a járdákra, utakra plakátot ragasztani,
    • engedély nélkül nyilvános szerencsejátékot szervezni, folytatni, játszani,
    • politikai, vallási vagy hasonló jellegű röplapot terjeszteni, ilyen jelleggel agitálni,
    • tilos a kéregetés, hangoskodás és minden olyan magatartás kifejtése, amely másokban megbotránkozást, riadalmat kelthet.
    • Bevásárlóközpont biztonsági őrségének kötelezettsége, hogy a fenti előírásoknak érvényt szerezzen, s a szabályok megsértőit a tilalmazott tevékenység, magatartás haladéktalan befejezésére felszólítsa, eredménytelen felszólítás esetén az ilyen személyeket a Bevásárlóközpont területéről eltávolítsa.
  1. A Bevásárlóközpont területén kamerarendszer üzemel és felvétel kerül rögzítésre. Az ezzel kapcsolatos részletes adatvédelmi szabályok és tájékoztatások az Üzemeltető honlapján (http://rozsakert.hu/adatvedelmi-nyilatkozat/) található Adatvédelmi és Adatkezelési Tájékoztatóban, továbbá a Bevásárlóközpont belépési pontjainál kifüggesztve és a recepción elhelyezve olvashatóak.
  1. Parkolásra vonatkozó szabályok:
    • A parkolóban minden gépjármű csak egy, és csak a járművek részére felfestett helyet foglalhat el. A jármű nem akadályozhatja más jármű vagy járművek szabályos parkolását. Ennek megfelelően tilos a parkolóban keresztben megállni vagy várakozni. Tilos a parkolásra kijelölt helyeken kívül várakozni.
    • Tilos a parkolóban járművet tárolni. Jármű tárolásának minősül, ha a biztonsági őrség jelzése szerint egy gépjármű 24 órát meghaladóan parkol a parkoló ugyanazon pontján. Amennyiben a biztonsági őrség ilyet észlel, köteles azt haladéktalanul jelezni az Üzemeltetőnek.
    • Az Üzemeltető a járműre figyelmeztető feliratot helyez el, melyen dátumszerűen megjelöli a felirat elhelyezésének időpontját, valamint, hogy az időponttól számított 24 óra elteltével a Bevásárlóközpont a járművet – a jármű üzembentartójának veszélyére és költségére – elszállíttatja.
    • Ha egy jármű a parkoló területén a gyalogos- vagy a járműforgalmat akadályozó, vagy veszélyeztető módon parkol, az Üzemeltető – a jármű üzembentartójának veszélyére és költségére – a járművet elszállíttatja.
    • Tilos minden olyan szerelést a parkolóban elvégezni, mely nincs öszszefüggésben a jármű azonnali üzembe helyezhetőségével.
    • A parkolóban mindenki fokozott elővigyázatossággal, a KRESZ szabályainak betartásával köteles közlekedni.
    • A parkolókban elhelyezett járművekért és az azokban elhelyezett vagyontárgyakért az Üzemeltető nem vállal felelősséget.

Regulations Concerning Visitors and Customers of the Shopping Center

  1. Consuming alcohol is forbidden in other than the designated areas of the eateries. It is forbidden to bring alcohol to the grounds of the Shopping Center.
  2. Smoking is forbidden in the Shopping Center, in the parking lot and on the playground. Smoking only permitted in the designated areas outside of the Shopping Center marked by a smoking sign.
  3. Possessing and taking drugs is forbidden within and around the Shopping Center.
  4. It is forbidden to bring objects offending public morals to the grounds of the Shopping Center.
  5. Small and large dogs, regardless of size, may enter the Shopping Center area on a leash or carried on a carrier with a chip, with the exception of public places and shops and areas that do not allow it.
    The owner of the animal is fully responsible for the dog’s behavior and actions. The Shopping Center reserves the right to remove the dog and its owner from the Centre’s territory in the event of misconduct.
  6. It is forbidden to bring firearms and any mistakable objects to the grounds of the Shopping Center, and all objects that are forbidden to possess in public areas, banned by Government Decree 175/2003. (X.28.) regarding devices specifically endangering public safety.
  7. The following are not permitted on the grounds of the Shopping Center:
    • commercial, hospitality, tourist trade activities,
    • soliciting without permit,
    • circulate with ad boards as sandwich-persons,
    • distribute flyers without permit or attach posters to the walls, sidewalks and walkways of the Shopping Center,
    • organize, carry out and join in public gambling without permit,
    • distribute political, religious leaflets and alike and to agitate for the same reasons,
    • begging, making loud noise, and all other actions that might offend or intimidate others.
    • The guards are obliged to enforce the above regulations and to warn those violating the regulations to promptly discontinue the forbidden activity or behavior. In the case of resultless warning, these persons will be barred from the grounds of the Shopping Center.
  1. There is a camera system in the Shopping Center and a recording is made. The detailed data protection rules and information related to this can be read on the Operator’s website (http://rozsakert.hu/adatvedelmi-nyilatkozat/) in the Data Protection and Data Management Information, as well as posted at the entry points of the Shopping Center.
  2. Parking regulations:
    • A vehicle may occupy only one parking space specifically marked for parking. The vehicle may not prevent the regular parking of other vehicles. Therefore, it is forbidden to stop or wait crossways.
    It is forbidden to wait elsewhere than in marked parking spots.
    • It is forbidden to store vehicles in the parking lot. It is considered storage if a vehicle parks for more than 24 hours in the same spot – as reported by the guards. In the case, the guard observes something of the kind he/she is obliged to report immediately to the operator of the parking lot.
    • The operator of the parking lot places a warning sign on the vehicle with the date and time of the warning, stating that after the expiry of another 24 hours the Shopping Center will have the vehicle transported – at the expense and risk of the operator of the vehicle.
    • If a vehicle parks to obstruct or endanger pedestrian or vehicular traffic within the parking lot, the operator will have
    the vehicle transported at the risk and expense of the operator of the vehicle.
    • It is forbidden to carry out any repairs in the parking lot not required for the immediate operation of the vehicle.
    • Extreme caution must be exercised in the parking lot and all must comply with road regulations.
    • The operator of the parking lot does not take the responsibility for the vehicles and assets placed within.
